- in 1992 building of an own production line in Italy
- in 1993 our new developed stainless steel clamp was taken out a patent
- in 1994 extension of the export in Europe and overseas
- in 1996 widening of our stock and mounting space was required
- in 1997 certificate of DIN EN ISO 9002
- in 1998 entry of Peter Wittkämper and Stefan Nagel as partners of the younger company leading generation
- 2002 Relocation of assembly in Bielefeld to optimize supply logistics
- 2003 Construction of second floor
- 2004 Ms Stefanie Bindzus , Dipl.-Ing. (FH), becomes partner
- 2005 Further expansion of product program and distribution
- 2009 Peter Wittkämper, Stefan Nagel and Stefanie Bindzus take over the management.
